De er ifra Snake Racing ja, men må nok lage noe klosser mellom lenkarma og stabstaget ellers tar det oppi mellom-akslingen..
Men sånn som org. styrestaget ditt så er det vel justerbart i den ene enden.?! jeg har et bøyd org. m/just i ene enden som du kan få. (sveise isammen de to så har du justerbart)..
Du kjører ikke E6 forbi Hamar når du kjører Oslo-Nord Vestlandet..???

Tenkte også å legge inn litt bilder fra et lite bi-prosjekt. Måtte jo sysle med noe mens jeg ventet på nye bolter fra Nissan

Bling-trinn har aldri vært helt min stil, så dette ble raskt demontert. Her er det kun svart stål som gjelder, og da måtte det jo bli en ny kanalbeskytter, eller råkkslaider, som det heter på godt norsk. Er jo mulig at Aussie-style har vært litt inspirasjon her også.

Fikk meg tak i litt rør og kappet i vei. Tok utgangspunkt i 1-og-3/4 " rør og 40x40 firkantrør.

Siktet det hele inn "på" bilen, og pønsket ut noen dugelige fester. Hadde i utgangspunktet tenkt å lage kraftige rør med stor anleggsflate direkte inn på ramma, men etter å ha konstatert at tjukkelsen på ramma ikke er mer en max 2,5 mm ble det egentlig skrinlagt. Anleggsflaten måtte ha vært relativt stor, og bolthullene mange, noe som igjen ville ha svekket ramma. Gikk derfor for en annen løsning der festene ble lagt opp mot de tre karroserifestene på hver side. Et press oppover vil dermed løfte både ramme og karroseri med evt last. For å unngå vridning, eller at slideren flytter seg ut eller inn, ble to kraftige stag lagt inn på ramma, men da uten hensikt å "bære" konstruksjonen. Har tro på at dette kan ta i mot ganske så kraftig før jeg bretter opp kanalen.

Er VELDIG interessert i bendede styrestag med justering om dagen...

Fra en gang rundt 2003-2004 leveres det kun helsveisede styrestag til Patrol. Selv når Nissan prøver å bestille stag til eldre modeller, får de kun opp det helsveisede. Null justering. Sært... Det var i hvert fall det jeg ble fortalt (og vist) hos den lokale Nissan forhandleren.

Og siden vi er inne på styrestag... Er det noen som har kommet over senkede/droppet pitman arm til Patrol? Ser for meg at den økede vinkelen man får på styrestaget når man hever kan gjøre styringen mer upresis når akslingen er i bevegelse (flexer). Ser for meg en optimal løsning med en pitman arm som er senket med 2-3", og resten justert på styrestaget. Men har ikke hatt tid til å lete så mye etter noe slikt ennå...

Har ikke turt å summere alt ennå... Men skal se om jeg kan få satt opp et overslag. Frakt fikk jeg på et vis ordnet gjennom en bekjent av en bekjent (jeg jobber for et RoRo-rederi) til en latterlig billig penge, men tviler på at jeg drar i land en slik avtale en gang til.. Organisering tok forøvrig MANGE timer med svette, tårer og frustrasjon! Alt går, selvfølgelig, men vær forberedt på at ting tar TIIIIIIID...

Tror ikke jeg ville senket pitman-armen.., da den vil bli sittende veldig utsatt til v/offroad kjøring (tenker da på stubber og stein)...
Hadde nok heller flyttet opp styrestaget på knokkelhuset.
Vet Snake har laget knokkelhus til 160, men har ikke sjekket om dem har til Y61 eller LHD...

Har du sentret felgene når du dro de til, strammer du til en bolt på disse felgene gjør det synsykt utslag. du må sentre felgene når du drar de til.
det beste er å kjøre disse dekka 10- 20 mil, så balansere de, har du sjekket forstilingen etter ombyggingen
Patrolen er veldig var på at ting må være riktige, ellers blir den pyton å kjøre.
så galt som du beskriver det, bør det være fler ting som ikke stemmer. men de ordner selfølgelig opp det om det er noe som er feil med det.

Vedig godt poeng! Tror jeg skal sende en mail til Rhino hos Snake og spørre om de har noe slikt for Y61. Det er, som du sier, greit å ha dette staget lengst mulig ute av veien for stubber og stein.[/quote]
